The two main risk partners are Dr Geoff Roberts and Dr Stewart Neal who have successfully applied risk management in major international groups over many years. Deriving benefit from application of risk theory to practice in complex and hazardous environments and evolving this into pragmatic process and enterprise management programmes in risk and corporate governance since the 1980’s.

Dr Geoff Roberts has held senior management positions in power utility groups centered on the nuclear power sector. There have been significant structural changes in these groups as they have moved from the public to private sector. Geoff has had direct responsibility for successfully achieving transitions through many major programmes and managing the risks that these have created and delivering solutions.

Dr Stewart Neal has held senior management positions in the international chemical sector with a strong commercial focus. Including international business development, acquisitions and creating strategic alliances.

Partnership risks are an inherent issue to manage in such arrangements and Stewart has much experience of their practical consequences and deriving risk based solutions.
